Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the team about replenishment requirements.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams for smooth daily operations.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista is preferred; freshers with an interest in coffee may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
