Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis (FP&A;) for the business.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, business plans and financial forecasts.
- Prepare MIS, management reports, variance analysis and financial dashboards for management.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory and working-capital cycles.
- Drive operations costing, including product costing, raw-material costing, conversion costs and profitability analysis.
- Analyse plant-level costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product/customer-wise profitability and contribution margins.
- Support management in pricing, investment and strategic business decisions.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes and accounting systems.
- Work closely with operations, procurement and sales teams to improve financial performance.
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors,



consultants, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the promoters/management on business expansion and capital allocation.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts and financial reporting.
