Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist with 23 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, HRMS activities, statutory compliance, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave, late-coming, permissions, and related records through the HRMS system.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related matters and resolve routine employee queries.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable labour regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll processing, attendance inputs, deductions, and statutory requirements.




- Support performance appraisal, confirmation, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports, and other management reports as required.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and communicated to employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and external consultants, whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR and statutory activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
- Good working knowledge of HRMS and attendance management systems.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances, particularly PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and LWF.
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination and HR documentation.
