Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automation, industrial, or technical recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of technical recruitment and engineering profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate with senior managers and technical teams.
