Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
- Lead and manage publishing production teams to ensure project delivery within established timelines.
- Develop and maintain Adobe InDesign templates for books, journals, and other publishing products.
- Manage and optimize Word Flow and XML Flow automation processes.
- Ensure compliance with publishing quality standards and production guidelines.
- Create and monitor delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
- Track team attendance, productivity, and overtime.
- Review production output and implement quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the publishing environment.

Preferred candidate profile
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Robust expertise in InDesign template development for books, journals, and publishing workflows.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Word Flow and XML Flow automation.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Paragraph Styles
- Character Styles
- Object Styles
- Table Styles
- GREP Styles
