Role & responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Support B2B and B2C sales activities for pathology, radiology, and healthcare services.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, calls, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Client & Doctor Relationship Management
- Assist in developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- Support doctor mapping and regular client visits.
- Collect client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with key accounts.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Monitor competitor pricing, packages, services, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns,



healthcare camps, promotional activities, and awareness programs.
- Support distribution and promotion of healthcare packages and diagnostic services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for creatives, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Participate in health camps, corporate tie-ups, and other business development activities.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain lead, customer, doctor, and client databases.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets.
- Share market feedback and business opportunities with the reporting manager.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Pathology, Radiology, Home Collection, Customer Care, and Finance teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending reports, service issues, and client requirements where required.
