About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team. This opportunity is suitable for MBA or B.Tech candidates who want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, customer handling, lead generation, and market research.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team and get hands-on exposure to the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential leads through calls, online research, and other channels.
- Assist the sales team in identifying recent business opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.




- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / B.Tech / BBA / Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
