Job Description

The Senior Manager – GIC Operations & Strategy is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Experian's Hyderabad Global Innovation Centre (GIC).

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will serve as the operational backbone of the GIC — making sure the site's technical forums, executive programmes,



infrastructure growth, and strategic initiatives run with precision and purpose.

This role is a great fit for an operations leader who is equally at home in a board-level conversation and on the floor of an engineering forum. You bring a blend of operational rigour, technical fluency, and stakeholder management skills — and you are energised by the opportunity to help scale a world-class delivery centre.

1. Technical Forums & Engineering Leadership
- Own and drive the cadence of multiple technical forums — TPM forums, Engineering Leader forums, and Architecture forums — making sure each has a structured agenda, transparent outcomes, and followed on actions.
- Represent the MD's office in cross-functional technical governance, connecting delivery teams with senior leadership.
- Advance the AI reusability and silo-breaking agenda across engineering communities; track progress and raise blockers.
