Position: Assistant Planning Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Gantt Charts considering manpower, machinery, material, and financial factors under the guidance of the Senior Manager and VP.
- Update production planning schedules and Gantt Charts on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to collect data required for effective production planning.
- Collect, compile, and analyse MIS reports from various departments.
- Assist Senior Management in report analysis and preparation of meeting agendas.
- Support in conducting meetings and preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM).




- Communicate production plans and ensure regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks in the planning process and support mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority.

Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory.
- Open for Male/Female candidates under Internal Job Posting (IJP).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Confident personality with good listening skills.
