Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements, present suitable energy conservation solutions, and support the sales cycle from inquiry to order closure. Daily activities include preparing technical and commercial proposals,



conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves regular customer visits, responding to queries, maintaining accurate records of opportunities and activities, and contributing to market feedback for product and solution improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and propose suitable solutions.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service experience, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and managing inquiries effectively.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Background in electrical, or energy-related engineering (diploma or degree) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Divi
