Job Title: Legal Manager
Required Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Salary Range: 6 to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to management and business teams on day-to-day legal matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, leases, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
- Manage litigation, disputes, notices, claims, and matters involving external lawyers and law firms.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and advise management on their impact.
- To attend the Court for legal proceeding
- Develop and review company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.
- Conduct legal due diligence where required.
- Maintain and manage legal records, contracts, licenses, registrations, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance Sales, Operations, and Compliance on legal issues.
- Handle legal notices and prepare appropriate responses.




- Support corporate governance matters, board documentation, and regulatory filings where applicable.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, reports, and risk assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.

Required Qualifications:
- LL.B. degree; LL.M. is an advantage.
- Valid enrolment with the relevant Bar Council where legal practice is required.
- Typically, 4 to7 years of relevant legal experience, depending on the organization and seniority.
- Experience in contract management, corporate/commercial law, litigation, compliance, or a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
