About the Role
Anblicks is hiring a Data Engineer to build reusable delivery assets for our data modernization practice. In this role, you'll generalize proven engagement code into accelerators, validation harnesses, and playbook content that gets used across all delivery teams — directly shaping how we execute future client migrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Package proven code patterns from client engagements into reusable accelerators and frameworks
- Build validation and reconciliation harnesses used across delivery pods
- Write clear playbook documentation and support delivery pod onboarding to these assets
- Contribute reusable components that speed up future data platform migration projects





Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Proven delivery experience in data platform modernization programs (legacy to contemporary cloud platforms) — including migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution
- Demonstrated ability to generalize client-specific code into reusable, production-grade frameworks
- Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals

Good to Have
- Python tooling and CI/CD experience for data pipelines
- Exposure to AI-enabled or accelerator-driven delivery practices
- MarTech domain exposure
