Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in India.



The Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand the customer base in target markets, and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the film and packaging industry. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with Polyplex’s product capabilities and service offerings. The Business Development Manager will also monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth and market share.
