Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Ensure a smooth guest arrival and seating experience.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the guest journey.
- Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams for seamless service.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain guest feedback records and share insights with management.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and presentable.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers,



and events when applicable.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a GRE, Front Office Executive, or Guest Relations Executive in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
- Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS or hotel management software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
