Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in construction/infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end HR operations for office and site workforce.
* Recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding and employee documentation.
* Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave, advances and employee records.
* Handle labour mobilisation, site manpower and employee grievances.
* Manage employee discipline, retention and exit formalities.
* Prepare HR MIS and implement HR policies/processes.
* Coordinate with site teams and management for manpower requirements.
Requirements:
* Robust communication, people-management and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
* Construction/site HR experience preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
