We are looking for an Instrumentation Engineer / Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and improving industrial instrumentation and process control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and productive plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate, maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and process control equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, transmitters, level, pressure, temperature, and flow instruments.
- Operate and maintain SCADA and HMI systems and support automated process control systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate weighing scales, gauges, and other measurement equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain compressors, air filters, and air dryers.
- Evaluate and document calibration results and maintain accurate calibration records and logbooks.
- Execute routine inspections and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.




- Develop and improve maintenance procedures and follow established SOPs and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, particularly in flame-proof environments.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices within the assigned work area.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure plant availability.

Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in industrial instrumentation.
- Knowledge of calibration procedures and documentation.
- Understanding of process control systems and automated equipment.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of industrial tools, equipment, and instrumentation.
- Understanding of process operations and critical control point checks.
- Knowledge of electrical safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

- Relevant experience in industrial instrumen
