About the Role:
- We are a quick-growing startup with a small, dedicated team looking for a hands-on Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist who can wear multiple hats while focusing on bringing in clients from Australia and the USA
- You will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, handling digital marketing activities, and supporting client onboarding while shaping the companys growth trajectory

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client acquisition with a focus on Australia and the USA
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets
- Execute cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and follow up to book meetings
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc)



on a lean budget
- Manage social media presence and content creation to build brand awareness
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
- Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and case studies
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with the founders to align messaging and pivot strategies as needed
- Assist with client onboarding and relationship management to ensure long-term retention
