Role Summary

1.We are seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer (9-12 years experience) with robust expertise in React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript, along with solid backend experience in Python (FastAPI) along with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google
Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance web applications, with emphasis on modern frontend development, user experience, full-stack ownership and scalable healthcare solutions, ensuring data privacy, performance, and seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in
system architecture, development best practices, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript.

Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and reusable UI
components Optimize frontend performance using SSR, lazy loading, and code splitting techniques .

Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI)



Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration for end-to-end functionality Develop and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (GCP).

Ensure applications meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, security, HIPAA compliance).

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end- to-end solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing engineering standards.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system uptime.

Utilize development tools such as VS Code, Docker, and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for productivity.
