Position: Team Leader (TL)
Location: Saket, Delhi
Industry: E-commerce Logistics (Amazon)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily station operations and ensure smooth execution.
Lead and motivate delivery associates and station staff.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and operational KPIs.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Drive process improvements and maintain operational excellence.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in Amazon operations is highly preferred.
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics,



or supply chain operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational workplace.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
