Key Responsibilities
- Pattern layout: Place paper patterns on kids' fabric to use material well and stop waste.
- Precise cutting: Cut cloth for kids' frocks, shirts, shorts, and sets using hand tools or cutting machines.
- Size grading: Adjust standard sizes for toddlers and kids correctly.
- Fabric check: Look for flaws in the cloth before cutting.
- Team support: Hand cut pieces to stitching teams with explicit labels.
Required Skills
- Kids sizing: Know growth charts and fits for children's clothes.
- Hand and tool skill: Use straight knife and band saw cutters safely.
- Waste reduction: Plan cuts to save fabric.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a garment unit or boutique.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
