Detailed description: Proto Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Role
: The Proto Manager plays a pivotal role in managing prototype sample development and delivery, ensuring timely delivery to cross-functional teams and customer.

Qualification
: B.E with Mechanical Engineering/ EE/ECE Mechatronics/Production Engineering is preferred, will be 6-7 years of experience in manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead internal and customer prototype deliveries.
- Liaise with plant team / EMS suppliers for build requirements and delivery timelines.
- Analyze EBOM and MBOM for component-level understanding.
- Drive RFQs and procurement activities with EQ/TQ evaluations.
- Manage bare PWB procurement and ensure gerber file accuracy.
- Oversee supplier development for mechanical and electronic components.
