Job Purpose
Lead product and portfolio marketing for medical equipment and consumables, drive market development and product adoption, strengthen KOL and corporate hospital relationships, support sales growth, and build sales and marketing capability through structured training programs across India.
Key Responsibilities
KOL and Hospital Engagement
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with KOLs, doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Plan and execute KOL engagement programs, clinical activities, CMEs, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate hospitals, hospital chains, and key decision-makers.

Market Development and Sales Support
- Identify new hospitals, customers, territories,



and business opportunities; create actionable market-entry plans.
- Plan and execute product-specific marketing campaigns to increase awareness and market penetration.
- Provide continuous product and marketing support to the sales team during customer meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure timely handover and follow-up with sales.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product, and Management teams for seamless market execution.

Product Marketing and Launches
- Develop product positioning, launch plans, lifecycle strategies, and go-to-market collateral.
- Create product presentations, brochures, sales tools, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, pricing analysis, and customer feedback studies.
- Track campaign performance and measure business impact.
