Role Purpose The central goal of a Bid and Demand Planning Specialist is to align commercial prospect with

operational feasibility:

What the role entails

(Key Responsibilities)
- End-to-End RFP Management: Direct the full lifecycle of complex, high-value global bids (RFPs, RFIs,

RFQs, Tenders), ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.




- Techno-Commercial Alignment: Work with global technical, product, legal, EHS, IT, QA and finance

teams to shape bid strategy, pricing models, margin targets, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Act as the single point of contact between Global sales teams, global business units, delivery teams,

and executive leaders.
- Portal Management (Catalog & OEM Management, Compliance & Documentation) : Drive end-to-

end vendor operations, tender tracking, and submission across key Indian public portals, including

GeM, IREPS & Others. Oversee product/service listing uploads, catalog maintenance, and price

reasonability benchmarks on the GeM portal. Manage mandatory compliance elements such as

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Class-3 Digital Signature

Certificates (DSC), MSME/Udyam exemptions, and "Make in India" local content requirements.
