Hiring: Performance Marketer – Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience Required

Minimum 2.5 Years of Hands-on Experience
Agency experience preferred.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with strong practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Freshers and candidates without hands-on campaign management experience are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaigns.
- Create and optimize Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions.




- Manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns.
- Monitor conversion tracking and campaign performance.
- Analyze data and continuously improve campaign ROI.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Valuable understanding of Lead Generation & E-commerce advertising.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM and Conversion Tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns/accounts.

Important: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
