About MICEcafe

MICEcafe is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual communication and the ability to transform ideas and concepts into engaging designs for both digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with the internal team to understand design requirements, develop creative concepts, and deliver visually appealing marketing and communication materials that align with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts based on briefs and business requirements.
- Work on social media graphics and other digital marketing creatives.
- Design presentations, promotional materials, event collaterals,



and internal communication creatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity across all designs.
- Collaborate with the HR, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand their creative requirements.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and emerging design technologies.
- Explore and effectively use AI-based design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and workflow.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure final artwork is prepared appropriately for digital and print use.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding
