- Deliver structured
New Joiner Induction Process Training

- Evaluate learning through
interactive tests
and
final assessments

- Maintain training records and
documentation trackers
.
- Assign and review
role-specific self-learning tasks

- Guide current hires in understanding job roles and achieving their initial
performance goals
.
- Coordinate with
Managers
and
Supervisors
for performance alignment.
- Organize
dummy counseling sessions
and collect feedback.
- Conduct refresher or skill-upgrade training for existing staff.
- Host
weekly “Meet & Greet” sessions
with leaders and new team members.
- Contribute to
content creation or updates
based on feedback.
