Position: HR Assistant
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and coordination activities. Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR who are interested in building a career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and other employee-related information.
- Support preparation and maintenance of HR reports and trackers.
- Assist in employee communication and HR-related coordination.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.




- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist with payroll-related data collection and verification.
- Ensure HR records and documents are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Positive organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
