Job Summary :

The AGM/Sr. Manager - CRM will be responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery, documentation,Agreements, registration, and handover processes.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, deep understanding of real estate CRM operations, and hands-on expertise in CRM platforms such as Farvision, 4QT, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers post-booking.
- Manage documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.




- Ensure timely collection of dues as per payment schedules.
- Coordinate for agreement execution, registration, and possession processes.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Track customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate reports and MIS on customer status, collections, and escalations.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Ensure smooth communication regarding project updates,delays, or changes.
- Coordinate site visits, possession schedules, and customer meetings.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities.
- Improve customer journey and identify pain points.
- Address and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to TATs (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain escalation logs and closure reports.
