Role Description
This is a full time, in-site BDM Corporate Sales role based in Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify corporate leads, build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, and promote OSE Solar’s EPC solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet revenue and growth targets.



The role involves coordinating with technical and project teams to align client requirements with feasible solutions, tracking market trends, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The BDM will also represent the company at relevant events, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in UPS, Solar, renewable energy, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation to drive B2B sales outcomes.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of Solar EPC solutions / BESS system / Online UPS system and translate them into clear value propositions for corporate clients.
- Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and basic financial or ROI analyses for commercial projects.
