Accura Pharmaquip is an engineering company, engaged in the manufacture of machines for pharmaceutical industry. In Accura, we are looking for a passionate, creative and self-driven commerce post-graduate / engineer interested in sales who enjoys the challenges of engaging in negotiation with the client, without offending the client but also without compromising the benefit to the company. The candidate should be positive at following instructions from the superior management.

Skill set:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/engineering team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Coordinate orders from enquiry through production, dispatch and installation.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with service/engineering teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments where required.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM/ERP records.
- Coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, exhibitions and sales meetings.
- Travel to customer locations when required.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production and Service departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
