About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the sales of Lithium Inverter Batteries, Inverters, Batteries, Two-Wheeler Batteries, Three-Wheeler Batteries, and Solar Batteries.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of the Punjab market, strong dealer and distributor networks, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective market development and channel management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage sales activities across the Punjab market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.




- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market presence.
- Manage and strengthen existing dealer and distributor networks.
- Regularly visit the market to understand market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Drive sales of Lithium Inverter Batteries, Inverters, Batteries, Two-Wheeler/Three-Wheeler Batteries, and Solar Batteries.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Negotiate with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding pricing, orders, schemes, and commercial terms.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, dispatches, payments, and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and sales forecasts for management.
