About the Role

PranaGraf Group is looking for a highly driven, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to accelerate our domestic and international business growth in specialty materials and advanced industrial applications.

This is a hands-on B2B technical sales and business development role for a professional who can identify new opportunities, develop customers, understand technical requirements, manage product trials, negotiate commercially and convert opportunities into long-term business.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of polymers, chemicals, materials, additives or industrial products and be comfortable interacting with technical, procurement and management teams at customer organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Identify and approach OEMs, formulators, manufacturers, distributors and industrial customers.
- Develop new customers through market research, networking, exhibitions, digital platforms, referrals and customer visits.




- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Develop current applications and markets for the company's specialty materials.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors and channel partners.

Technical Sales & Application Development
- Understand customer formulations, manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
- Identify suitable products and applications based on customer requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, product discussions, trials and application evaluations.
- Coordinate with customers during sampling, trials, testing and product qualification.
- Understand and communicate technical documents including TDS, SDS, COA, specifications and test reports.
- Work closely with R&D; and technical teams to address customer requirements and develop applications.
