Planning Engineer - Construction Company

Experience: 3-4 Years | Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Location: Siliguri Head Office, West Bengal

Role in short:

Prepare and monitor project schedules, track progress, and support project planning for timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project for civil, structural and MEP works
- Progress Monitoring: Track site progress weekly/monthly, update schedules, and identify delays
- Reporting: Prepare S-curves, progress reports, manpower & resource histograms for management and client
- Coordination: Work with site, estimation, and procurement teams to align plans with execution
- Earned Value: Do earned value analysis,



productivity tracking, and forecasting
- Documentation: Maintain baseline, revisions, and delay analysis reports

Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3-4 years in planning for building, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD for reading drawings
- Other: Analytical mindset, positive communication, ability to coordinate with site and HO teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
