Service Engineer – Samsung

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to diagnose, repair and maintain Samsung smartphones and other consumer electronic products. The candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge, positive troubleshooting skills and strong customer-handling ability.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Samsung smartphones and devices.
- Perform repair, replacement and servicing of faulty components.
- Identify technical issues through proper inspection and diagnostic procedures.
- Handle software updates, OS-related issues and device configuration.
- Ensure repairs are completed within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain proper records of service requests, repairs and spare parts used.
- Explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with the service centre/team for complex technical issues.
- Follow Samsung/company service standards, SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment and service area properly.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of spare parts.
- Meet service quality, productivity and turnaround-time targets.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile phone/electronics servicing preferred.
- Hands-on experience in smartphone troubleshooting and repair.
- Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Samsung products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
