Role Description
This full-time remote Occupational Therapist role at Nixar Sistemas e Consultoria focuses on providing client-centered therapeutic services using digital tools and telehealth platforms. The Occupational Therapist will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation goals. Daily tasks include conducting virtual evaluations, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves educating clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve independence, safety, and quality of life, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of remote care protocols and practices.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based intervention plans.




- Knowledge of Medicine and clinical concepts relevant to functional assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent Communication skills for working with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams in a remote environment.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for children and adolescents when applicable.
- Relevant academic degree in Occupational Therapy and current professional licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery platforms, including secure documentation and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage caseloads efficiently, and maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
