Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and dealers.
- Explain company products and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries and orders.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives, depending on experience.
