Star Travellers DMC is looking for a dynamic and driven "Backend Sales Manager" to join our team in Bangalore. If you're well-versed with the Bangalore market and can handle nearbye regions effectively we would be interested to hire you.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from local travel agents through direct communication and relationship building.
Share leads with the backend sales team for conversion.
Actively manage and grow the travel agent network across the assigned regions.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and identify current business opportunities.
Provide weekly reports and market feedback to the management for strategy alignment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the travel industry or in banking or insurance sector/service industry.
Must be based in Bangalore and familiar with the local market.
Age limit: up to 25 years.
Must own a bike and a laptop.
Immediate joiners preferred.
