Role Overview
- We are looking for a performance marketing specialist to work in the platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads to generate quality leads and enrollments.
- Campaign scaling, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven execution are the main priorities of the position.

Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and expand Google, YouTube and Meta Ads campaigns to increase ROI and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee and enhance end-to-end performance marketing funnels, which include cold traffic, leads, retargeting, and conversion.
- Examine campaign statistics and make data-driven decisions to consistently improve CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
- To enhance campaign success, conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design high-converting ad creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign goals Preferred to have exposure to the Google analytical tool

Qualifications
- Any degree with at least two years of practical performance marketing experience in the e-learning or service sector




- Demonstrated proficiency with YouTube, Google, and Meta ads, with a particular emphasis on lead generation
- Proven ability to scale paid campaigns while preserving or increasing ROAS, CPL, and CAC A track record of using paid efforts to produce high-quality leads
- Expertise with performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Possessing a strong data-driven attitude and the capacity to evaluate campaign data and make practical conclusions
- Knowledge of A/B testing audiences, landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives The capacity to create and refine YouTube ad funnels, including retargeting flows, video action campaigns, and in-stream
- A solid analytical mindset combined with a problem-solving strategy to lower CPL and raise conversion rates
- Experience collaborating closely with landing page, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance
