About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Writer with an agriculture background who can turn ideas into impactful content that informs, engages, and inspires farmers and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Write engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Create social media captions, Reels/Shorts scripts, carousel content, and campaign copy.

* Research agriculture trends, farming practices, agri-news, and industry topics.

* Develop creative storytelling and communication ideas for marketing campaigns.

* Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to create impactful content.

* Ensure all content aligns with Bandhan Agritech’s brand voice and communication guidelines.

* Create farmer-friendly and informative content related to crops, agriculture products, farming practices, and agri-business.





* Stay updated with social media trends and AI-powered content tools.

Eligibility & Qualifications

* B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. in an Agriculture-related field only.

* 1–2 years of experience in an Agriculture / Agri-Input / Agri-related company is mandatory.

* Strong command of English and/or regional languages.

* Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.

* Good understanding of social media content and digital communication.

* Solid research and content ideation abilities.

* Strong on-camera communication skills are mandatory.

* Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini is a plus.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian agriculture, farmers, crops, agri-inputs, and the agricultural market, along with the ability to communicate complex agricultural topics in a simple, engaging, and farmer-friendly way.
