* Develop & lead a high-performing regional trainer network

* Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality & service excellence

We're looking for:

* 15-18 years in Learning Systems, Technical Training or Functional Capability Building

* Strong experience delivering Functional training & Six Sigma initiatives

* Experience in education, retail, healthcare or other multi-location service businesses

* High-energy facilitator with strong business acumen & execution focus
