Job Description – Operations Executive – Licensing Department Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the Licensing Department. The role involves handling licensing applications, documentation, client coordination, follow-ups with concerned authorities, and ensuring timely completion of all assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Licensing Department.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents, information and approvals.
- Prepare, verify and organize documents for licensing applications.
- Process and coordinate license applications with relevant government departments and authorities.
- Track application status and ensure timely follow-up on pending applications.
- Coordinate for current licenses, renewals, amendments and updates as required.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, licenses, documents and approvals.
- Communicate with clients regarding application status, pending documents and requirements.




- Follow up with government authorities and resolve queries or documentation issues.

Required Skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Basic understanding of licensing and government procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses to avoid expiry, penalties or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Accounts and Compliance for smooth execution of assignments.
- Prepare regular MIS/status reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously and ensure all work is completed within defined timelines.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to make the licensing process more efficient.
