Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience who is passionate about paid advertising and digital marketing.

This role offers a balance of Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing, where you'll be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns while also contributing to social media marketing, content creation. If you enjoy working with data as well as creativity, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required
- 1–2+ years of of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Any Graduate

Major Roles & Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve conversions and ROI.




- Track and report campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum performance.
- Stay updated with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Digital Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Create social media posts, captions, carousels, and basic creatives using Canva.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.
- Assist in executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels.
