Role Description
The Customer Service Intern will work full time on-site at the Bhubaneswar office, supporting clients and users with day-to-day inquiries and issues. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and messages, responding to customer queries, and providing accurate information about Altheory’s products and services. The intern will help log and track service requests, escalate issues to relevant teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.



Additional tasks may involve documenting customer feedback, contributing to service improvement efforts, and maintaining clear, qualified communication across all channels.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and continuous service improvement.
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette skills, maintaining professional and clear communication in all voice-based interactions.
