Job Description : Business Development Associate – Real Estate

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support business growth and property sales through lead generation, client acquisition, market research, and relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and channel partners, arranging property meetings and site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, online platforms, and other channels.
- Research potential buyers, investors, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, and investment objectives.
- Maintain and continuously develop a healthy sales/business pipeline.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Present suitable residential, commercial, or investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

3. Property Sales Support
- Coordinate and schedule property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.
- Assist Sales Managers and Senior Sales Executives in negotiations and closing activities.
- Follow up with prospects after site visits and presentations.
