Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance on course choices, program requirements, and career preparation.
- Help with the creation of academic calendars and plans
- Keep thorough records and track students' development.
- Provide assistance to students who are struggling academically.
- Work together with staff and instructors to identify students at risk.
- Organize seminars and workshops on techniques for academic success.
- Lead orientation sessions for current students.
- Create and implement into action retention plans
- Direct students to the proper campus resources and services.

Qualification
- Any Bachelors degree
- 0-1 year of experience in academic counsellor or similar role
- Outstanding listening and counseling abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
