Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations using SAP CPI.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, payroll, third-party, and external applications.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, HTTP, and other integration protocols.
- Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules to support HR business processes.
- Configure and maintain integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, routing, filtering, and exception handling.
- Work with SuccessFactors APIs, OData services, Compound Employee API, and Integration Center.
- Configure authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth, certificates, and credentials.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot interface failures, data issues, and performance problems.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.




- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare integration specifications.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, HR teams, developers, and external vendors.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and post-go-live activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mapping documents, and support guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and automation.
- Knowledge on SAP and SAP-ABAP is required
- Hands on Experience in UI5/FIORI is required.
- Knowledge on SuccessFactors is Required
- At least 5 years SAP experienced especially HR module
- At least 2 end-to-end implementations for SAP integration using Boomi and SAP HCI/CPI.
- Experience in Boomi is an advantage.
