Role Description
The IT Project Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.



This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects related to HummingBird’s talent platform, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating and maintaining project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations. The IT Project Manager will monitor progress, manage risks and issues, track budgets and resources, and prepare clear status reports and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to support integrations with external systems, driving continuous improvement in project processes, and contributing to a culture of responsible, data-driven innovation.
