- Lead the Charge: Support smooth rollout, implementation, and strengthening of Design Thinking ( DT) programs across assigned operational zones by travelling extensively.
- Be the Bridge: Work closely with Program Leadership, Operations Teams, ALs, RExLs, Academic leads, and ignators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Empower Ignators: Handhold, mentor, and support ignators through trainings, workshops, field observations, and continuous capability-building inputs.
- Build Knowledge, Share Stories: Capture best practices, field insights, success stories, academic gaps, and implementation learnings from the ground.
- Strengthen DT Programs: Provide academic and operational inputs to improve learning quality, learner engagement, and implementation effectiveness.
- Be the Voice: Support program pitches, partner visits, reports, presentations, and impact stories for existing and prospective partners.
- Be the Eyes on the Field:



Act as the field connect for Program Leadership by sharing honest ground-level feedback, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Innovative Ideas: Continuously generate creative ideas for the development and enhancement of Design Thinking programs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.
- Facilitate and conduct training workshops for Agastya DT programs Ignators and teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and understanding of Design Thinking methodologies.
- Curriculum Development: Work closely with the curriculum development team to contribute insights and ideas for designing engaging DT learning materials and activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on program performance, challenges, and successes to the relevant teams within Agastya.
