Job Purpose: Thermocouple Division will be responsible for installation support, product demonstrations, customer trials, technical service, troubleshooting, generate new business and increase revenue promoting the company’s thermocouple products and after-sales support for disposable thermocouples and related temperature measurement products used in foundries, steel plants, and metal processing industries. The role requires frequent travel to customer locations, close coordination with the sales and production teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
A] Technical Sales & Service Support
1. Visit foundries, steel plants, and other customer locations to provide technical service and application support.
2. Assist customers during product trials and ensure proper usage of thermocouple products.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to disposable thermocouples, temperature sensors, and associated accessories.
4. Diagnose product performance issues and recommend suitable corrective actions.

Provide prompt after-sales service to ensure uninterrupted customer operations.
6. Conduct preventive service visits and maintain customer service schedules.
7. Attend customer complaints, investigate root causes, and submit detailed service reports.
B] Product Installation & Trials
1. Support installation and commissioning of temperature measurement instruments wherever applicable.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers during current product introductions.
3. Coordinate and monitor trial activities until successful approval from customers.
4. Record trial observations and share technical feedback with the Sales and Production departments.
C] Sales & Business Development
1. Develop new business opportunities in foundries, steel plants..
2. Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
3. Plan and undertake regular customer visits across various cities and states.
