Job Title: Pega CDH Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to our internal teams or clients. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating virtual training classes on Pega CDH concepts and best practices. This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for candidates with in-depth knowledge of Pega CDH, who are looking for a structured yet flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual training sessions on Pega CDH, focusing on key features, capabilities, and use cases.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources that align with the training objectives.
- Provide hands-on guidance to learners, answering questions and offering real-time support.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Pega CDH to ensure that the training content is relevant and current.




- Collaborate with the management team to customize training programs as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Pega CDH and hands-on knowledge of Pega’s decisioning capabilities.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions, especially on Pega CDH or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in an understandable way.
- Must have access to Pega CDH software or relevant environment for conducting training.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.

Work Schedule:
- Weekdays: 1.5 hours per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day
- Flexible, remote role with a focus on structured training sessions.
